Congratulations and thank you!  We are excited that you will be participating in
The Customer Focus™ Trainer Workshop on May 14, 2008.

Registration is simple and fast.  Just click on the link below and you will be directed
to a short form that will allow you to pay via credit card.  If you plan to register more
than one participant for the Workshop, just change the number on the form.  

As a participant in The Customer Focus™ program, your company (or company
division, branch, location, etc.) is granted permission to reproduce handouts and
exercises for the purpose of employee participation.  Outside of your company (or
company division, branch, location, etc.) any reproduction, presentation or
commercial use of the handouts, logos, terms or the concepts, strategies and
methods is prohibited without specific written permission from The Customer
Focus™ and Shepard Presentations, LLC.  

Your registration is your application for acceptance into The Customer Focus™
Trainer Workshop. In doing so, you commit yourself to full participation in the
program.  Once your application is received we will be sending you some pre-
workshop materials.
