most popular customer service training program. Investment starts at
$5,000 (plus travel expenses). A $99.00 per participant fee is added to
cover workshop materials, which include Focus Guides, Moments of Magic
book, Moments of Magic audio CD, The Loyal Customer book and more.
The Customer Focus™ Corporate Series: Our most comprehensive
customer service training program. Investment starts at $20,000.00 (plus
travel expenses), which includes four sessions, which take place every 30-
60 days. A $99.00 per participant fee is added to cover workshop materials
which include Focus Guides, forms, Moments of Magic book, Moments of
Magic audio CD, The Loyal Customer book and more.
The Customer Focus™ Online: There are two versions of our online
program. Both versions include the same four lessons. However, one of
the versions includes facilitated coaching calls. After each of the four
lessons one of our approved coaches hosts a call for up to 20 participants.
(There is at least one call for every 20 participants.) While the other
version does not include the facilitated coaching call, we can provide you
a document that will allow you to facilitate your own call or meeting.
Pricing for the online version is:
$249/person includes coaching calls (Ten person minimum)
$199/person without coaching calls (Ten person minimum)
$199 for an individual (no coaching calls or learning mgt. system)
